Oakwood Collectives is based in Sarasota, Florida. Founded in 2022, the company was built by short-term rental owners who wanted a better way to operate and care for their properties.
From day one, we’ve been hands-on — sourcing homes, preparing them for market, designing and styling interiors, launching listings, managing guests, overseeing cleaning and maintenance, and refining operations through real-world experience. We don’t approach this from theory or software dashboards alone. We operate properties ourselves and understand what it takes to run them well, end to end.
As our own portfolio grew, other owners began asking for help — not just with day-to-day management, but with creating rentals that perform consistently and feel intentional. That naturally led to Oakwood Collectives becoming a full-service partner for owners who value quality, accountability, and long-term success.
Today, we specialize in full-service short-term rental management, supporting every stage of ownership. From listing setup and pricing strategy to guest communication, on-site support, cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, photography, and interior design, our approach is thoughtful, detail-driven, and built for sustainability.
We intentionally remain boutique in scale. This allows us to stay closely involved, maintain high standards, and treat every property as if it were our own — because we know what’s at stake.
